After multiple consultations at other orthodontists in the area, we chose Dr.Marcel and are so happy we did!
I have 1 child in braces and one in Invisalign and Marcel and his staff have been amazing from the start! They always explain what’s going to happen in the beginning of the appointment and give an update on progress before you go! They are wonderful at working with your schedule, the place is always clean and their patient rewards program really incentivizes kids to brush/floss and attend appointments!
We love them so much, mom got Invisalign too! -
I enjoyed how personal the staff were. They remembered by nickname and little tidbits of info about me that were merely mentioned in conversation. This created a very nice and intimate atmosphere when going for appointments. I also liked that there were dental hygiene items right by where you get your brackets removed that way you can get a quick clean in while waiting. The seasonal and event oriented changes to the building were also very much welcome and created a unique experience each time. Overall I enjoyed the time i spent in this place and thank the staff for my straight teeth.

Dr Marcel has the best team, from receptionist, to dental assistant and team of doctors. They are all very caring and provide the best support to patients and their families. My son recently had a very serious bike accident and needed emergency dental treatments, Dr Marcel and Dr Faldu teamed up the best dentists in Tri-Valley and came up with a series of treatment plans for him. All my worries and anxieties were relieved knowing that my son would be taken care of and treated by the best dentists. I am very grateful that Dr Marcel goes extra miles to help his patient.A big thank you to the Marcel team!!

My daughter was referred to Marcel Ortho for spacers from losing too many teeth too early. Every visit has been a great experience for her. She enjoyed the visit and chitchatting with everyone. She is also super excited about the points program in which she can use to get toys/rewards.

Marcel Orthodontics is awesome! Dr. Marcel and the team are super friendly, making you feel at home the second you walk in. They’re all about using the latest tech to get the best results, but it’s their personal touch that really makes the difference. They take the time to make sure you’re cool with everything happening and go out of their way to make the whole experience a breeze. It’s more than just straightening teeth here; it’s about feeling good every step of the way. Totally recommend them!

He’s made the process of our 9 year old having braces - “the easiest in the world” - in the words of our son. Toys for the littles while you wait, massage chairs, everyone’s nice, just an overall nice experience. Thanks Dr Marcel and team!

Everyone in Dr. Marcel’s office are super sweet and they are magical with young scared kids!!
They are very nice and give you gift cards for just doing surveys and contests. I have Invisalign and it has helped so much.

Marcel Orthodontics is my first recommendation for those looking for an Orthodontist in the area (especially if you are a kid)! Their staff is kind, knowledgeable, and very personable. My son loves absolutely loves going there, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
My entire family has gone to Dr. Marcel and he is by far my most favorite orthodontist. He is such an expert in his field and has the amazing ability to handle the most complex cases. Dr. Marcel is also such a great listener, thoroughly explains his thoughts and really encourages you to be part of the process and overall vision. I’m so grateful for Dr. Marcel and I adore his staff as well. Janet is beyond amazing in getting your plan set up and puts a smile on my face whenever I see her. All the technicians we’ve worked with are knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. We also love his Livermore office and always find the decoration themes very welcoming. I can’t recommend Dr. Marcel and his entire team enough. We’ve had 5 family members treated with Dr. Marcel and so happy with not only the beautiful smiles at the end but the journey along the way.
