After multiple consultations at other orthodontists in the area, we chose Dr.Marcel and are so happy we did!
I have 1 child in braces and one in Invisalign and Marcel and his staff have been amazing from the start! They always explain what’s going to happen in the beginning of the appointment and give an update on progress before you go! They are wonderful at working with your schedule, the place is always clean and their patient rewards program really incentivizes kids to brush/floss and attend appointments!
We love them so much, mom got Invisalign too!

I enjoyed how personal the staff were. They remembered by nickname and little tidbits of info about me that were merely mentioned in conversation. This created a very nice and intimate atmosphere when going for appointments. I also liked that there were dental hygiene items right by where you get your brackets removed that way you can get a quick clean in while waiting. The seasonal and event oriented changes to the building were also very much welcome and created a unique experience each time. Overall I enjoyed the time i spent in this place and thank the staff for my straight teeth.

Dr Marcel has the best team, from receptionist, to dental assistant and team of doctors. They are all very caring and provide the best support to patients and their families. My son recently had a very serious bike accident and needed emergency dental treatments, Dr Marcel and Dr Faldu teamed up the best dentists in Tri-Valley and came up with a series of treatment plans for him. All my worries and anxieties were relieved knowing that my son would be taken care of and treated by the best dentists. I am very grateful that Dr Marcel goes extra miles to help his patient.A big thank you to the Marcel team!!

My daughter was referred to Marcel Ortho for spacers from losing too many teeth too early. Every visit has been a great experience for her. She enjoyed the visit and chitchatting with everyone. She is also super excited about the points program in which she can use to get toys/rewards.
