The overall service was great! All the staff was kind and gentle with my son. They talked him through every step of the process and made him feel comfortable.

Marcel Ortho has been a great experience. They answered my teen’s questions, thoroughly reviewed the treatment plans - he was very opposed to braces, but they helped him understand the benefit of having braces versus Invisalign for his particular situation and he was on board! They also make it a fun and encouraging process with games and contests! Overall great experience and highly recommend.

My son has been seeing Dr. Marcel since last year. He got his braces in and now has his retainers. When we called for brackets to be fixed, they were always helpful and had appointments available.
It has been an amazing experience!
